I actually made this cake for one of my family’s birthdays.  (Not sayin’ who….)  I made a wonderful yellow cake, added 2 Tbs. rum flavoring to the mix, and filled it with Jello instant vanilla pudding, (also added 2 Tbs. rum flavoring), and put a layer of sweetened frozen strawberries and sprinkled almonds all over the filling.  Then, I got out my large star tip pastry bag, filled it with thawed Coolwhip, and made this beautiful repair:

Just put a few sprinkles of red sugar or any other decoration you like, and There You Go!
