BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE
1 8 oz carton Sour Cream
2 Tbs. all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla + 1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2 1/2 cups Fresh blueberries
9 inch unbaked pie crust
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except blueberries and crust. Beat with an electric mixer on high till mixed, about 2 minutes. Fold in blueberries and pour into crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on the topping (below). Bake 10-15 minutes more. Chill and serve 6-8 people)
Topping:
3 Tbs. all purpose flour
1 tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. chopped pecans or walnuts
Mix first 3 together till crumbly, then add nuts and mix thoroughly. Crumble on top of pie and bake per directions above
