HAM AND CHEESE ROLL UPS

1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (I get my hubby to open them for me cause I don’t like the “pop”  I don’t like balloons popping either)

Sliced ham (enough to cover a bottom layer)

Grated cheese  (Cheddar, Jack, any good one you like). enough to make a layer

Roll up into a nice tight roll and cut in half.  Smash a whole bunch of BBQ potato chips* and brush the roll with melted butter.  Roll the crescents in the potato crumbs.  (See picture below for how I baked them.  I didn’t like to let them touch because they’d be hard to separate when all the cheese melted.  So I just wadded up foil and placed it between them.)  Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 about 30 minutes, or until they are brown and cooked through.  *of course you can use any flavor of potato chips, but we favor BBQ!  These are so easy and delish. Ask me how I know!
