
I want to start by saying I am not a huge olive fan. But this recipe could change my mind! Debbie brought this over with chips and we also had some wonderful little nutty crackers that were good with it.
DEBBIE’S OLIVE “DIP” (Niblett Olive Dip)
Chop finely:
3 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup each: black olives and green olives
1/2 cup green chilies
1/2 cup green onions
Add:
2 Tbs. vinegar
2 Tbs. oil
Garlic salt to taste
Optional: 1 chopped, peeled cucumber

Holy cow my mouth is watering!
